Victoria started her professional career in London in 1996, first with the investment bank UBS in mergers and acquisitions, then with Credit Suisse Financial Products in derivatives structuring.
In 2002, she joined the world of strategy consulting at BCG (Boston Consulting Group) in San Francisco, Paris and Athens. Her clients include Silicon Valley tech giants, major US and French financial groups, and Greek industrialists.
In 2007 she joined the recruitment world at Egon Zehnder in Athens and San Francisco. Her clients include the World Bank, the IMF, several UN agencies, foundations, large non-governmental organisations and universities. Her assignments include executive and board searches, management and team performance reviews.
Since 2016 she has been involved in education and child mental health, while continuing to conduct executive search assignments.
In 2023, she has been appointed as Partner at Exec Avenue.
