Master’s degree in Psychology from Complutense University of Madrid

Cristina began her career in 1996 at the marketing department of the Swedish multinational company Datex-Ohmeda (now  known as GE Healthcare).

Her experience in executive search, assessment and support started in 1998; she worked for two renowned firms, namely Asset Executive Search and Norman Broadbent. She also was Head of Recruitment at marchFIRST, a strategic consulting firm.

In 2005, Cristina joined Ezentia. She worked as Head of the Research Department and was responsible for direct approach strategies and assignments. Cristina became a Partner in 2016.

At Exec Avenue, a Eurosearch Company, Cristina is expertly trained to support clients in their challenges related to executive search, interim management and leadership consulting.

She has extensive experience in various sectors, including IT, telecommunications, construction, real estate, media, energy, industry, and services.
