Anne-Marie began her professional life in the financial sector as part of the network of the French cooperative bank Crédit Mutuel, followed by a human resources management role in the Crédit Agricole Group, where she was in charge of several organisational projects and change initiatives.
In 1989, she entered the world of recruitment consulting at PA Consulting Group within the financial services team. In 1996, she joined Eurosearch & Associés, where she expanded her skills into different sectors.
At Exec Avenue, a Eurosearch Company, Anne-Marie plays a leading role in the company’s key areas, with a focus on services, consulting (strategy, management), asset management, distribution, equity fund acquisitions, and family businesses. Leadership assessments, management reviews and the organisation of management and governance structures all fall under her responsibilities.
She also recruits executives and management committee members as part of assignments throughout Europe.
Ethics, transparency and quality are essential values in the consulting relationships that she forges with clients, with a focus on the long term.
