Florence began her career in sales and marketing roles, notably in the pharmaceutical industry (GSK).
She later joined BNP, where she held branch management positions, as well as roles in marketing and recruitment.
In 2011, after several years dedicated to her four children, she resumed her professional activity. Her strong sense of service and analytical mindset led her to support individuals and teams, particularly executives seeking employment or starting their own businesses. Her positive approach, listening skills, and understanding are her greatest assets.
Convinced that every new challenge is an opportunity for personal growth, she joined the Paris office of Exec Avenue in 2022, within our Parisian team.
Her diverse experiences in France and internationally enhance her ability to discern suitable profiles. She particularly enjoys initial conversations with C-level candidates in which she establishes the trust necessary to initiate a tailored recruitment process.
