More than twenty years of experience as human resources professional operating in international environments, in consulting, pharma industry, health technology and retail sectors.
María José started her career 2004 at Accenture as a recruitment specialist.
2006 she joined the Johnson & Johnson group. She rapidly built up an international career as an HR Business Partner actively involved in executive talent development, change management and transformation programmes.
2016 she became Head of Human Resources Spain for Medical Technology.
2021 María was appointed EMEA Regional HR Manager for Johnson & Johnson’s Vision BU. She was a member of the executive boards for the medical technology and retail businesses.
María José has been working together with executives in contexts of cultural and innovation transformation, leadership development, executive talent, diversity and change management as well as coordinating internal communication processes.
