Nikita began his career in the finance departments of major consumer goods groups, starting with J.E. Seagram’s in New York and later with Perrier in Paris, before joining Nestlé Waters to lead its Brazilian and subsequently its UK subsidiaries.
In 2002, he joined Newell Rubbermaid, a home products group, where he established a strategic client subsidiary overseeing global activities, including national brands and private labels, with the Carrefour Group. He then moved to Intersnack Group, the European leader in savory snack products, to lead the turnaround of its French subsidiary, Vico.
In 2008, Nikita founded his own international development consultancy, working with mid-market consumer goods companies in Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Russia. In 2016, he expanded his focus to supporting startups with their fundraising projects.
Recognizing the central role of leadership teams and the challenges of alignment, Nikita joined the HR consulting group Oasys in 2020 to support CEOs in transition with their professional development initiatives. In 2023, he continued this work through his own company.
Attentive to the importance of consolidating professional legacies and supporting commitments to the common good, which he has facilitated through his involvement in the non-profit sector, Nikita joined Exec Avenue to strengthen its Long Term Leadership offering and to add value to executives’ “Second Careers.”
At Exec Avenue, Nikita brings a dual expertise in the operational challenges of senior management across corporate, SME, and private equity environments, combined with a dedication to listening to individual aspirations for building fulfilling second careers. He is also engaged in interim management and management review projects.
Authenticity, clarity, and courage are the core values he seeks to foster with his clients.
