Philippe began his career in the field of management consulting at Bossard Consultants before entering the world of services and distribution (Compagnie Générale des Eaux, Bergerat-Monnoyeur), where he carried out the reorganisation and external growth of several companies in Central Europe, including Poland.
In 2009, he created his own consulting firm, specialised in the agro-food industry.
At Exec Avenue, a Eurosearch Company, Philippe specialises in the agro-food industry, the consumer goods and retail sectors, distribution, and equity fund acquisitions. He regularly conducts leadership assessments and management reviews and takes part in organising management structures and corporate governance. Among others, he has taken part in assignments in the Benelux countries, Morocco and Brazil.
Philippe represents Exec Avenue, a Eurosearch Company, as a partner member of Apia, a leading French independent directors’ association.
