Thorsten has been working for more than 25 years in Manufacturing Industry. He has been Managing Director in Germany and France and has had matrix responsibility for global sales and production sites on all continents.
Thorsten started his career in 1996 at the French sales branch of the German WIKA Group. Until 2019, he held various management positions within the group in sales and marketing, R&D, supply chain management and production. He managed and restructured international business units with sales of up to €200 million. He was responsible for major production transfers from Germany to Poland and India as well as for the post-merger integration and restructuring of several acquisitions in Italy, France and India. From 2017, he initiated and led WIKA’s IoT activities and was interim managing director of technology start-ups in France.
Since 2020, Thorsten Seefried has been working as an independent consultant and interim manager for industrial companies, successfully leading several projects in the field of business turnaround, post-merger integration and restructuring in France, Germany and Italy.
Thorsten has more than 20 years of operational experience in change management and related challenges. Organizational and Leadership development as well as intercultural mediation and recruitment have always been at the core of his work.
