Vincent started his career as a R&D engineer in the armament industry. He then joined Veolia Environment where he was responsible for various profit centres in France, and later became Managing Director of the Hungarian subsidiary, recently acquired and to be integrated within the group.

He then joined Egis, an engineering company, first as CEO of the Road Operation subsidiary, then moved on to engineering activities as Deputy CEO of Egis International in charge of Europe and CIS as well as the Middle East and India.

Through these different positions as CEO or as Chairman and Board Member of subsidiaries in France or abroad, he became familiar with intercultural interactions, international partnerships, governance organisation, and strategy definition and implementation in various situations.

At Exec Avenue, a Eurosearch Company, Vincent specialises in

– industry, B2B and B2Government services (including utilities and infrastructure), private equity investments

– executive search, mentoring, assessment and organisation of corporate management and governance.
