Yves has a 30-year experience in consumer goods and in the health sector (pharmaceutical industry & distribution). He has successfully built a real expertise in general management, marketing, and sales functions, within major international corporations as well as medium-sized family-run companies.
After he graduated from EM LYON in 1990, he started his career at Procter & Gamble, Lexibook and Spir Communication in sales and marketing positions.
In 2009, he joined the healthcare field as Sales Director France and Export for the Consumer Health division of Merck KGaA (now P&G Health) and contributed to the success of brands such as Bion3, Apaisyl and Mediflor.
In 2016 he was entrusted with the management of the Gifrer Barbezat laboratories, a French subsidiary of the Belgian group Qualiphar, a specialist laboratory for baby products in pharmacies, and succeeded in boosting sales and strengthening market share.
Finally in early 2020, he took up the challenge of supporting the Boiron France teams in their project to radically transform their structures and business model in preparation for the upcoming dereimbursement of homeopathy on the French domestic market.
As an active member of boards of directors within Healthcare professional organisations for many years he has a perfect knowledge of the stakeholders as well as the business, regulatory and production issues of these industries.

- Sectoral: as an expert in FMCG and healthcare, he is a recognized partner for numerous players in these sectors, from major international groups to SMEs & Start-ups,
- Geographical: with over 15 years’ experience in the Rhône-Alpes and Burgundy regions, he is particularly familiar with the regional economic environment and is therefore in charge of the “Rhône-Alpes / North-East” region for Exec Avenue.
